1. No Consumer Charges
JC Lead Gen LLC is a solar lead generation company. Our lead generation service does not charge consumers (homeowners) directly. We do not sell products to consumers, and we do not collect payment from individuals who receive our SMS messages or use our website.
Because our service is provided at no cost to consumers, traditional refund policies for consumer purchases do not apply to the lead generation side of our business.
2. SMS Messaging Costs
JC Lead Gen LLC does not charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages. However, your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging and data rates according to your plan. Any charges from your carrier are between you and your carrier, and JC Lead Gen LLC is not responsible for carrier fees.
If you wish to stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us.
3. Solar Installation Services
If you proceed with a solar installation through our affiliated solar company, any refund, cancellation, or dispute related to that installation is governed by the terms provided by the solar installation company at the time of your agreement. JC Lead Gen LLC's role is limited to lead generation and initial information; we are not a party to solar installation contracts.
